Vision of Columba College

 

1. 우리는 좋은 크리스찬, 좋은 시민이 되도록 교육해서   하나님의 나라와 온 세계을 섬기는 사람을 양육한다

We bring up people who serve the World of God and the whole World, training them to be good Christians and good citizens.

 

2. 우리는  그리스도가 우리에게 가르쳐주신 정의, 평화, 화해, 섬김이   사회, 정치 경제 교육 그리고 자연계까지 확장되도록 헌신한다. 

 We dedicate ourselves to expand justice, peace, reconciliation and worship taught by Jesus Christ into society, government, economy, education and even into Nature.

3. 우리는 하나님의 소망이신 이땅의 교회가 세상의 소망이되도록 섬긴다.  

We endeavor to make churches of this land with God’s hope to be hope of the world.

​

4. 우리는 예수가 가르쳐주신 제자도의 목표에 이르도록 지성,영성 인성의 통합적 성장을 이루는 것이다. 

 We achieve the integrated growth of intelligence, spirituality and personality, in order to accomplish the goals of the disciples taught by Jesus Christ.

5. 우리는 성 콜럼바가 보여준 선교, 연구, 경건, 그리고 영성의 가치가  크리스찬의  모델이 된다고 믿는다.  

 We believe that the values of ministry, study, devotion and spirituality shown by St. Columba become a good model of Christians.

6. 우리는 복음과 실천이 함께 하는 교육을 통하여 창의적인 미래 세계를 여는 일에 공헌한다.  

 We make a contribution to opening up the world with the imaginative future through the education with the gospel and practice.

7. 우리는 성경의 정통성, 교회의 전통을 중요하게 여긴다. 

 We put a great value on authenticity of the Bible and the tradition of the Church.

8. 우리는 배타적 신앙을 거부하며 기독교 신학의 다양성,  교파의 다양성을 수용한다.

We reject closed beliefs and accept diversity of Theology and denomination.

​

9. 우리는 땅끝까지 복음의 증인이 되라는 주의 명령에 순종하며, 앞서 가시는 예수그리스도를 따르는 자들로 우리를 인도 하시는 성령과 함께 걷는 도상에 있는 순례자이다.

 We obey the God’s command that we should become witnesses of the Gospel to the end of the Earth and are followers of Jesus who goes ahead and pilgrims on the road together with the Holy Spirit that leads us.
